SIMPLETEC Roller Idler Rebuilding Machines WS-900TH are the most efficient equipment to rebuild worn out rollers and idlers. WS-900TH is a twin head machine with two high amperage weld heads and two thyristor control power sources. The weld heads ensure heavy uniform deposition for circumferential welding and cross welding. The roller or idler can be swiveled by 45ยบ clockwise or anticlockwise. WS-900TH are equipped with high capacity wire feed system, complete with flux hopper and flux recovery system. An electrically operated Jib Crane can be provided for loading and unloading of the components.
