SIMPLETEC Roller Idler Rebuilding Machines WS-900SH .WS-900SH has one high amperage weld head with one thyristor control power source, The weld heads ensure heavy uniform deposition for circumferential welding and cross welding. The roller or idler can be swiveled by 45ยบ clockwise or anticlockwise. WS-900SH are equipped with high capacity wire feed system, complete with flux hopper and flux recovery system. An electrically operated Jib Crane can be provided for loading and unloading of the components. To weld rollers and idlers in assembled condition, a Cooling System can be provided, complete with water pump, filter and air- cooled heat-exchanger.
